A&V Bat Tournament #1 Quakes Stadium in Rancho Cucamonga was the site for A&V Softball Tournaments 1st of 2 Bat Tournaments for 2009 sponsored by TAI Sports. Sixteen teams were invited by A&V Owner Al Acosta and Director Gilbert Zavala (A&V 2nd in Command) to play for the top prize of 12 Combat Limited Edition Virus Plague Bats. A&V Softball Tournaments held its Spring National Ring Tournament #2 April 4, 2009 at Big 8 Softball Complex in Lancaster. A&V Owner Al Acosta said they had to play two Spring Nationals this year because of field availability in Las Vegas (the regular location). Twenty-four Teams came out to Lancaster to play for the Spring National Rings. Twelve Teams in both Divisions 5 & 6. Division four was cancelled due to teams have problems getting rosters in. A&V Softball Tournaments held its Spring National Ring Tournament #1 March 21& 22, 2009 at Russell Road & Anthem Hills Parks in Henderson Nevada. The tournament was limited to 24 teams this year due to the fact that Arroyo Grande was under construction.
